It is an oral, Irreversible, Third-Gen Egfr Inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) with Remarket Clinical Effects. It is the third- generation TKI targeted drug against T790M gene mutation, mainly used for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Osimertinib (trade name in Chinese, Teresa) was approved for import by the China Food and Drug Administration in March 2017.
The T790M gene mutation is most commonly seen in patients who are taking Iressa, Conmana, or Tarceva for a long time. After taking Iressa, Conmana or Tarceva for about 1-2 years, about 55-60% of patients will develop T790M gene mutation , and the original targeted drug will be ineffective, that is, drug resistance will occur, and the tumor lesions will be cured. 【Indications】

【Dosage】
Orally, once a day, 80 mg each time, until disease progression or unacceptable side effects
Whether you take food or not does not affect the efficacy of the medicine. Tablets should be swallowed whole with water and not crushed, cut or chewed
Dosage adjustment: According to individual physical condition and tolerance to side effects, dosing is interrupted, or dose is reduced. If the dose needs to be reduced, it should be reduced to 40 mg once a day.
